Clearpath had a data problem that many growing e-commerce brands face. Their business was running across multiple platforms including their storefront, advertising accounts, inventory management system, and customer database, and none of them were talking to each other. Every Monday morning someone on the team would spend the first half of their day manually pulling numbers from each platform, assembling them into a spreadsheet, and sending a summary to leadership. It was time-consuming, error-prone, and always slightly out of date by the time anyone read it.

We conducted a full audit of their data sources and reporting needs, speaking with both the operations team and leadership to understand what information actually drove decisions. From there we built a centralized reporting system that connected all of their platforms through automated data pipelines, normalized the data into a consistent format, and fed everything into a live dashboard that updated in real time throughout the day.

In addition to the live dashboard we set up automated weekly summary reports that were delivered directly to leadership every Monday morning before anyone arrived at the office, complete with highlights, anomalies, and performance trends. The team reclaimed over 10 hours per week that had previously been spent on manual reporting. Leadership gained clearer and more timely visibility into performance across all channels, and the operations team was able to catch inventory and ad performance issues days earlier than before. The system has since been expanded to include forecasting models that help the team plan stock levels and budget allocation more accurately.
